Throughout the website, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Breija AB "you" to you as a visitor and/or customer.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing anything from us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Agreement and execution of purchase
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from us to the e-mail address you provided. Should there be any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact our customer service at email@example.com
To order in the webshop, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. We assume that persons under the age of 18 who make purchases on the website have the necessary consent from their guardians to make the purchase.
A summary of your information and the products you have selected will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout. We advise you to check all information before completing your purchase.
Prices, taxes and any customs duties
All prices on the website are shown in SEK (Swedish kronor) or EUR (euro), depending on your choice, and include VAT, given that the order is placed in a country within the EU.
In the event that the order is placed in a country outside the EU, the prices are exclusive of VAT.When an order is sent to a country outside the EU, possible duties and/or taxes may be added.
The responsibility for paying these rests with you as the customer. In light of the fact that duties and possible additional taxes vary between countries outside the EU, we cannot determine the level of the extra costs for you as a customer. In the event that you as a customer do not pay these costs, your order is at risk of being returned and you as a customer will not be reimbursed for your order.
We reserve the right, if necessary, to make price adjustments, update the stock balance and correct incorrect information.
We offer you as a customer to pay securely via Klarna, with account cards (debit and credit cards) or Apple Pay (provided you use an iOS device).
Shipping and delivery
Within Sweden, we use PostNord or DHL to deliver the order to you as a customer. For orders to other countries, other service providers may be used.
For purchases over SEK 1000 with delivery in Sweden, shipping is free for you as a customer. For purchases under SEK 1,000, the cost of delivery is SEK 79.
For orders to be delivered to other countries, the cost of shipping is shown at checkout.
It is important that you check your contact details and delivery address in connection with making a purchase in order to receive the necessary notices and updates regarding the status of your delivery.
The products are normally sent within one working day of placing your order. Please note that orders placed on holidays are sent the next working day at the earliest.
The delivery time within Sweden is normally 1 to 3 working days, subject to possible delays with our service providers. The delivery time to other countries is normally up to 7 working days.
Return and right of withdrawal
When buying from us, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This applies from the moment you have received your order. Upon receipt of the order, you are responsible for checking that the products are undamaged. Should you notice any damage, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org then we will help you find a solution.
A prerequisite for you to be able to use your right of withdrawal isthat the product is returned unused in undamaged original packaging. The products must therefore be in the same condition as when you received your order.

Refunds are made using the same method as payment was made at the time of purchase. This is done as soon as we have received and checked the products you returned. Any cost you paid for shipping will not be refunded.

Packages not collected
The responsibility for entering correct delivery and contact information for completed purchases rests with you as a customer. In the event that a package is not picked up at the delivery point and is returned to us, a fee will be charged to you as a customer. The fee is SEK 300 for orders in Sweden and EUR 40 for orders to other countries.

Any promotions and discount codes cannot be added after a purchase has been made.
